Chia, Avocado and Nettle Smoothie

A super green smoothie packed with protein, perfect for breakfast.

INGREDIENTS

1 avocado

3 nettle tops

1 cm piece fresh ginger

juice of half a lemon

1 tablespoon chia seeds

a little water

METHOD

Soak the chia seeds in a little water for 10 minutes. Slice the ginger into thin strips and put in a blender with the avocado, nettle, lemon juice, chia seeds and water.

Drink in the morning for an energy boost.
