INGREDIENTS
20 pistachios, shelled
50gr tenderstem broccoli
60gr spelt (farro)
100gr pork chop
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon olive oil
METHOD
Grill the pork chop for 3-5 minutes on each side depending on thickness.
In the meantime, boil the spelt for 20 minutes or until tender; 15 minutes into the cooking, add the broccoli and cook for 5 minutes. Drain.
Serve the pork, spelt and broccoli with the pistachios, pour the soy sauce and oil to season.
