Healthy and refreshing summer idea: rosehip ice lollies

Keep cool and hydrated during the summer months with a healthy ice lolly made with rosehip tea. Rosehip tea is full of antioxidants and vitamin C.

Prepare 0.5 lt (about 1 pint) of rosehip tea with 0.5 lt boiled water and 3 teabags of rosehip tea (if you have loose tea, put 5 teaspoons in a strainer).

Leave to infuse and cool down for 30 minutes then pour into ice lollie moulds. Put in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
