Forget about coffee chains in Bond Street. Venture away from Oxford Street and meander through the back streets until you find Duke Street. Once you get there, head to number 75 and step inside a little slice of the Mediterranean at Allans.
The decor is striking and you could spend an entire afternoon taking pictures of the niknaks. The coffee is strong and aromatic and there is a nice selection of cakes and savoury dishes.
Service is very friendly, it’s a welcome break from the chaos of Oxford Street. Recommended!
