80gr lamb mince
4 lettuce leaves
1 pinch salt
1 pinch turmeric
1 pinch chilli flakes
1 tbs coconut oil or other oil/butter with high smoke point
Gently pan fry the shallots, chopped, in a little coconut oil for 3-5 minutes; when golden, add the lamb mince and cook through (about 10 minutes). Add the seasoning and put aside.
Wash and separate the lettuce leaves, spoon the lamb mixture on each leaf, and voila’! Lunch is ready!
