As Girl About Town PR has recently been to Marrakech, I wanted to recreate that holiday feeling and booked at this central Moroccan restaurant. Souk Medina has a set menu that includes starters (falafels and hummus), main courses (lamb and chicken tagine with cous cous) and dessert (assortment of balaklava).
Everything was delicious and both the lamb and chicken were so tender that the meat was falling off the bone.
Service was spot on and when we got there we were asked if we needed to rush to the theatre; as we were having a business dinner we allocated enough time to enjoy our meal during our discussion. This type of planning and expectation management was a really nice touch.
I would recommend this restaurant for either a group outing or for a relaxed meal for two.
