Sushi for lunch has become as commonplace as eating a sandwich at your desk (or park bench), but the downside is that we now think of sushi coming in plastic boxes straight from the fridge.
At Chisou just off Regents Street you see the sushi chef expertly preparing your sushi and sashimi at the speed of light – I had barely tweeted a picture of my first sushi course that the second one appeared.
Instant gratification doesn’t come any better than this.
Sushi at room temperature is how it should always be served and it can be savoured in all its subtle flavours.
Staff are all friendly and the takeaways can be made to order. Highly recommended.
