Restaurant review: Quaglino’s

By Paola Bassanese

Quaglino’s is one of those must-see restaurants in London where decor, atmosphere and food are a treat.

I went on a Monday (Monday is the new Friday!) and I recommend it as the service was super-attentive and friendly. The food was prepared with care and attention to detail. I had salmon for starters with a sesame seed coating and chilli on a bed of vegetables. It was light, nutritious and perfectly balanced.

As a main I had seabass: the skin was crispy and beautifully seasoned. It came with sugar snap peas, French beans and cherry tomatoes. A nice combination of flavours and again a perfectly balanced meal.

This restaurant is a good choice if you care about healthy eating and you enjoy the experience of eating out.
