As a busy self-employed massage therapist (with a diploma in diet and nutrition) I have a confession to make: I don’t prepare my own lunch box at 6 o’clock in the morning. Sue me!

Therefore, I tend to choose healthy salads from local shops and prepare meals from scratch in the evening.

If you like your food porn, prepare to swoon!

 

Dinner idea: venison steak with courgettes, asparagus and mushrooms.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dinner (or lunch) idea: surf and turf salad with prawns, chorizo, mixed leaves, avocado and radishes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Take-away lunch: detox salad with kale, rocket, lentil sprouts, sesame seeds and cucumber.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Take away lunch: sashimi box with salmon, tuna, edamame beans, seaweed, tomatoes and rocket salad.
