I attended a free spinal health assessment hosted by ITV’s This Morning and sponsored by Nuffield Health.

Nuffield Health offers free spinal checks at their largest clinics and centres. The test is non-invasive and only takes a few minutes.

Your advisor will then give you some tips on improving your posture, some stretches and exercises.



I met Dr Chris, tv presenters Holly Willowby and Philip Schofield at the ITV Studio on 25th January 2011.
