Pregnancy massage combines different techniques like manual lymphatic drainage on the legs with natural facelift and medium pressure Swedish massage on the back.
Massage can be extremely helpful during pregnancy to ease the discomfort in the lower back and water retention in the ankles and lower legs.
As each pregnancy is completely unique and some positions may feel uncomfortable or impractical, most of the session takes place lying on each side and lying on your back. However some women prefer a seated position. During the initial consultation make sure you specify your preference and type of pressure/massage technique to use.
To make your massage experience special, natural facelift is added at the end of the session (usually available for 90 mins or 120 mins treatments) to soothe and induce more restful sleep.
