Energya’s client charter: Our commitment to you
Energya is committed to all clients to deliver the best service to the highest quality standards:
1.Energya will treat all clients equally, with respect, compassion and integrity. Anything discussed during a treatment remains strictly confidential.
2.Energya aims to provide the highest quality of service in each treatment.
3.Energya’s purpose is to create exclusive relaxation experiences. To achieve this, Energya works with the client who ultimately takes responsibility for their own well-being.
4.Energya’s mission is to add value to its customers.
5.Energya’s focus is to initiate, maintain and develop ethical and fair working relationships with customers, suppliers, business partners and associates.
6.Energya’s objective is to achieve mutually beneficial relationships that add value to the client, improve the client’s well-being and make a positive impact on society as a whole.
7.Energya may make mistakes as nobody is perfect. Of course we will try not to make them but if we do, we will do our best to rectify any error or omission. We will aim to reply within 5 working days to communications sent to our registered office address.
8.Energya pledges to start and finish treatments on time. Occasionally, some appointments may require unscheduled additional time due to the complexity of a case. Please let us know in advance if that is an issue for you and we will do our best to allocate “buffers” before your appointment.
9.Energya endeavours to achieve positive results for its clients within 5-10 treatments. At times, only one treatment will suffice as clients may have a fast response to treatment.
10.Energya believes in Gandhi’s motto: “Be the change you want to see in the world”.
